Where do my wires go?

Where do my wires go?
Ok, so I had planned on removing my front fairing and headlights to install my flushmounts, but when I hit a deer a couple months ago, it suddenly became a higher priority[:@] Anyway, the fairing's interior is now covered in epoxy, and all the screw mounts on the fairing and my headlights are fixed. I'm ready to put it back together but have no idea how to route the wires.
Can someone tell me from memory: Does the large harness that connects the signals, signal relay, healights, and tip sensor run to the inside or outside of the left air duct? To the inside, it seems like the wires would interfere with the fork. To the outside, they put a little pressure on the upper fairing and get really crammed in behind the duct cover. Also, do the signal lights' leads loop around the duct covers, or slide around the outside of them, next to the fairing?
Thanks!
Edit: I've consulted my service manual, but the picures aren't real clear in this regard.
