I just started to type a tutorial last night 
.. The one on cbrworld is incorrect and incomplete but will give you the basic idea of what is involved.
xmunxjai648 is correct.
You will need
03-04 600RR Swingarm
03-04 600RR Caliper, bracket, and brake hose (From master cylinder to caliper, the F4i one is not long enough)
1000RR Rear Shock
6" long 3/8 grade 8 bolt with lock washer and nut
1 washer (about 20mm ID)
Some pipe with around 20mm ID (to sleeve the swingarm and caliper bracket..If not the caliper WILL move when you apply the brakes)
I will try to finish the tutorial tonight and get it posted for you
