Im trying to sell my bike due to a new addition to the family this past weekend. I would like to get some insight on how much i should be asking for my bike.

I live in Naples, Fl so pretty much sunny all year.

Bike details:

2002 CBR F4i
8200 miles
Tinted windscreen
High mount Silver/BlackMicron exhaust
New Maxxis tires front and back( not shown in pics)
Hotbodies custom undertail
Hotbodies Flushmounts( not shown in pics)
Custom white led accent lighting
Runs perfect and shifts smoothe

Comes with:
Brand new Joe Rocket HONDA jacket ($179)
Brand new KBC VR2 helmet ( Black with silver accents)( $220)

Clean and clear title in my name. I am the third owner of the bike.

Flaws:

Left side fairing has some light scratches due to falling over in driveway( wife backed into it)
Tail fairing is cracked slightly on the left side right above the big bolt
Stator cover on left side is scratched as well

Let me know what you guys think.

Nada is between $3800 and $4800 with normal mileage. I think that 8000 is pretty low.

Ill give you two whole dollars right now. Id say that 4000 or 4200 is more than a fair price for that low of miles. Looks really clean cleaner than my 05. Even with the couple damage spots they arent really to bad.

 

I wouldnt go less than 5 personally.

If the damage isn't really that bad, put it up for 47 take no less than 43

I would ask for 5, and look to get about 4.5+ (no less than 4.5 imo)

bait the suckers who just want a bike...that should be your target buyer.

forget all about kbb, etc...low mileage yes...but it's also 6 year old bike with 3 generation old technology...so an informed buyer would want much less for it than a schmoe...stay away from informed buyers...

remember, sell it to the schmoe.....don't list too high or you won't get any lookers.

what's up with the color scheme? silv/black attack is 03....

 

I think that $4300 is the least i will take for the bike unless i need sell it really bad. As far as the paint schemegoes, the tag on the frame says 2002 so i dont really know the answer to that question.
