Do they stop or is it a feel issue?

Oh they stop, like if i feel a new 600RR the lever gets hard like right away, this i have to squeeze about 1/2in till it starts grabbing. I mean i did have a leak issue at my right bleeder (common from my understanding) and i fixed that with teflon tape and hasnt leaked.

Is it consistent? You could have an issue where the pistons are pushing back from the rotors too much (warpage). If you're still do you get instant brake pressure?

same feel sitting or riding. Its not like immediate braking u know what i mean. Its like in a car with low pads the pedal goes down a bit more.

Does it change if you sit still and pump the brakes?

I know exactly what you mean. I rode my buddies 07 R6 and as soon as you squeeze the lever it was stiff. I switched to the 954 MC to try and get the same thing but it still doesn't "grab" until i squeeze a decent amount, and that's after SS lines, bleeding, zip tying, speedbleeders, pumping, etc. It stops just fine, the lever travel however is not what I want.

The 954 MC is a direct fit with not modifications other than grinding the tab off correct? Meaning I would need the master, pee cup and hose and 954 Lever and I would have everything, correct?

Correct, it is a direct bolt on. There is a bracket that holds the "pee cup" which you should get.

Don't forget the wristband!
