For the undertail question, From what I gathered from the previous owner, it is a custom job he did. When I remove the seat I can see that the stock trunk was hacked off, the tail light fitted and then a custom fiberglass(or similar) shell was constructed, and painted... I'm stuck in the airport right now 3h30m+ delay... when I get home I will get closeups of the trunk.
Until then here is the only one that is close to the trunk (previous owners PIC)

Yes, the tire on the F4 is flat, it got vandalized at school and I have ordered a new one...good eye
