Hey I took a video of what my bike is doing. I was told fuel pressure regulator, but i want a second opinion.

In the video when i finally hold the throttle at 3k, the fluctuation is doing it on its own, as well when i get it to hold at 4k.

I now have the bike apart, i pulled the plugs out and they look fine to me, im not sure when they were changed last, so i might just get new ones just because. What else do i need to look for?

when mine did that i had a bad battery, i replaced it and everything was fine again.

if your vacuum lines are order than the Fuel Pressure Regular is probably the best bet.
