What is the clean air mod on a F4I?

This is what people do sometimes:

This is what I did. I took hose 3 and made it go from the pair valve to where #4 goes in. I then sealed the air box with pieces of hose stuffed with a plumber putty. I also unplugged the pair valve so it stays open. This is the cheapest and easiest way to do it. The only thing I bought was a new clamp for where it goes in on #4.

No problem. I did cut hose #4 up to be my blockers but I'm sure you can buy a cheap hose from HD to use instead so you can have #4 in case you want to reverse it.

What do you do with the electrical connector from the pair valve. Do you unplug it? Splice wires?

Bike was down yesterday on its left side and running. Thank god for this mod! :P

Glad to hear no problems! You are supposed to keep it from touching the ground HAHA. Probably hard when your stunting though.
