Welcome to the forum.
+1 on the scottoiler pipe... clearly without the oiler!
Bike will not run well as that will be a vacuum pipe that is now open to the air.

If I wanted to get rid of the scottoiler pipe and get it back to how it would have been before, does anyone know where or how it goes?

It will come from a tap off from the throttle body. A small screw will have been removed and replaced with a vent adapter (same as if you were performing a carb balance).
Take adapter out and replace with screw or cut pipe close to throttle body and clamp the end to seal it.
Not sure I have describe the terminology correctly, but hopefully you will get the drift!
