wet kit for F4i?
i also posted this in drag racing. So i wanted to know if there is a wet nitrous kit out for a 600cc FI bike or atleast a universal wet kit? If so can i get the links or sights posted please. also is there tuning needed on a bike? i know with a ZEX kit on cars there is no need as long as you know what the hell your doing with the jet sizes.

I was wondering the same thing...I had a bad experience with the zex kit and blew my car motor up...:icon_no: It was an expensive mistake...new car+NOS=bad day!!!! lol....Anyways...It would be a cheap way to make a little more HP on the drap strip.....

*sigh* why do people think it's okay to just slap a nitrous tank into a new car. and Purple, i'm pretty sure Nitrous Direct makes a specific kit for the 600. go check that out. good luckkk

has anyone ever thought about using a NOS sneaky pete kit for this application?
http://www.prostreetonline.com/x/nos...-pete-kits.asp its cheap and the shot shouldnt be big enough to tear anything up as long as its hooked up and tuned properly just throwing it out there |
hmm. doesn't sound absolutely ridiculous. i say give it a try and let us know eh?! i heard the gas station around the block carries NOS for like $1.19 a bottle. give that a try :icon_wink:

...i dont know if it was true but someone wrote in to superstreet bike saying they used some nos they got at the gas station in there bike and couldnt figure out why it ran terrible...i guess they thought it was chilled octane booster or something..sorry for the off topic but i know some guys run it on there 600s here at the track with good results so i know its out there... ill ask if what they run if we get another track day

A common mistake most people make is to hook nit up to a button rather than the throttle. Nit should only be shot when at full throttle which is why hooking it up to your throttle if a fool proof way to not mess up your car or bike
