Default Unknown undertail kit, not sure where to put the plate or how

I just picked up this bike yesterday. The previous owner had the plate on the side which I am sure is not legal. Do you guys know who makes this and where they intended the plate to go?

I have the same undertail, and bought a plate bracket off the bay like Z said. Here's a link to a active ebay auction....

Indiana, that is just what I am looking for, thanks!

Axsys, tell me about this exhaust, I am a total bike noob

After some research, that is a Hotbodies undertail kit. All they send with the kit for mounting the plate is two "L" brackets at a 45 degree angle.

Yea those L brackets are crap....get one of the plate brackets I linked to, and bend it to where you want angle wise before your bolt it to your bike. Glad I could help !!
