Two Bros and O2 sensor

Use some anti-seize. Wont help it go in, but will make less than a PITA when it comes time to remove it. And its supposed to be a lil tight, just make sure you ain't crossthreading it.

I put a Yoshi Pipe on my 2006 F4i, and it was pretty tight. I was about 1/4 of an inch away, but then it eventually made it. I think what happened is that the two wires were twisted farther up in the bike and eventually un-twisted and gave me more length.

I just installed the same Two Brothers exhaust and had the same issues. It also would barely reach the hole. I had to pull the wire back through and re route it so it would reach. Pull the seat off and get some small hands to work it around. Kind of a pain but once I did that it was easy.

Did the re route like matt did and it worked great thanks matt.

I also re-routed mine as well but I used the same route as its original route... I couldnt find a quicker path than the original, but it seemed to have worked it's self into the right place.

No problem. I had to have my wife stick her hands in there to do it (small hands). That's about as close as she has ever been to the bike. She saw the grime on her hands, gave me a look, and walked back into the house. But she did it...i'm happy. job done.
