Trunk lock vibrating loose
 

Had this problem twice since I got my f4i. When you put the locking mechanism back together (the spring goes underneath in the metal guide... took me a few secs to see) make sure to add some locktite to the hex nut in there to avoid a reoccuring problem

Funny you mention this as this just happened to me yesterday!

Got home from a fast highway ride and noticed by rear sear was popped up. Looked inside and the bolt,spring,guide and clip were all just bouncing around in there.

One bump and my rear seat would have gone through someones windshield. :icon_angel:

same problem hahahaha!!!!

i just fist fight with the damn seat until it knows who's boss! and then i suffocate the damn thing with some toxic dw-40 :)
