Trailer ride from Hell
So I decided to trailer my bike to my college campus over spring break. Its about a 3 and a half hour ride and still too cold to have ridden the bike and I dont have much Highway time in anyway. Well this was a big mistake. It took much longer than expected, I lost the rear passenger seat :icon_emm:, and from some of the tie downs I cracked the fairing :icon_no:. Not only did all that happen, but now I have the bees in a can CCT noise. Ugh FML .
If anyone's got a rear seat for sale, LMK |
Damn...sorry bro. but that's why you always tie down at forks and other places that won't even come close to the fairings. Oh well at least the trailer didn't come unhitched and fly down the road!

Sorry your day didn't go well.
Were you using a canyon-dancer? Just curious how you cracked your fairing. There's a few seats on eb*y right now. |
When i was picking up my bike from Va ( i live in Philly), i rented a Uhaul motorcycle trailer. It cost me $20 for a day, and it was easy to load on to, and they had specific areas for tiedowns. If you have a truck with a hitch, or access to one (i borrowed my dads truck), then i'd HIGHLY recommend doing that next time.
