Default Tracing fuel pump

2002 f4i. Got the fuel pump working if I jump the pump. Not getting power to the pump though.

Ignition tested and is at 8.9v
BAS bypassed no luck
Kickstand bypassed no luck
Engine stop relay working
Fuel pump relay not clicking
Tested for power at relay, none. Tested Brown/Black off ECU no voltage.

Could this be an killswitch issue or ECM?

Thanks in advance

Also, if its the ecu. Is there a way to just bypass if? Such as run the fuel pump to a switch

I would start with the kill switch as it is a component that is know to fail.

Check your grounds. I think the one for the fuel relays is on the front od the frame by the forks.
