Default throttle question

at a complete stop, if i do a full throttle ( fill twist of the wrist ) the bike sounds like its flodding in its own filth. it only does it for a couple of seconds then kicks in. but im so lost as to why this is doing it. i also have a major exhaust leak (hole in can taped up, till i get a new can ) think that has anything to do with it?

is there any problem when you look at the RPM?
maybe you need to synch the valves

Does it sound like it wants to stall when the throttle is open? Or when the RPMs come back down to idle speed?

heres something else i noticed. at idel, when i play with the throttle (rev it up) there is no problem. when i put it in 1st gear and give it a full throttle twist, i have a major loss of power for 2-3 seconds then the power kicks in. im still clueless on what it is? im wondering if it has anything to do with my exhaust?

How do these bike measure air flow, is it na MAP sensor, mass air, speed density. My guess is it is that sensor since it is only under load. Are the plugs fouling or looking like they are running too lean?

I don't think an exhaust leak would really matter if it is taped up or if it is after the collector.
