Angry These stupid [email protected]&*%# lights!

While taking the fairings off my bike to change the oil, I found the reason my front turn signals don't work (see pic #1), the wiring was left completely exposed and some aren't even connected! My question for you all is: how are these supposed to be connected? The three wires running from the bike are two oranges (one w/white stripe), and one green. The wires on the signal are yellow and black.
The yellow is connected to the orange/white, and the black is connected to the orange, while green goes unnattended. When I first moved the wires to look at them, something touched and blew my fuse for my speedo/rpm display. I replaced that and it all works fine, but I no longer have any turn signals (at least my rears worked before I touched the wires)...
Any help?

there are a million write ups on this, just go to the how to section and you will find it there.

The stock signals are three wired...two for pos and neg blinker and one for running light...the signal looks to be wired (well kinda) to a two wire system which doesnt include the running light... the blinker should work with just the orange to the yellow and the orange/white to the black...if you want to tape off the green one thats fine it wont affect any operation of the bike. but if you want to do a three wire to two wire set up then look in the how to section... its a popular topic in there right now....hope this helps

just put these on last night. i believe the black goes to the green and the yellow went to the one with no strip and the strip just chills there just splice them and turn your turn signal on and when it works crimp or sodier them p.s if you put the 2 orange ones together with the yellow one the turn signal will stay on constant least mine did as well with the rear turn signal

stripe orange = positve
green = ground..

to make sure use power tester ,
