so ive been having a major problem with my bike and it has been driving me crazy cause i was not able to ride it. i would have to twist the throttle all the way back to even come out of first. it felt like the bike was starving for gas. i had some white smoke coming out of the tailpipe and it would make a sputtering sound. occasionally it would even cut off on me. i brought my bike in to the honda dealership and they replaced my spark plugs because i apparantley fouled them and they also said i was running on bad gas because the bike had been sitting for a little while so they flushed it out and refilled it. i go get the bike all excited that im going to get to get back on the road and ****... she starts acting the same way right out of the parking lot. I was so pissed and just wanted my bike fixed . so then i check out the forum and it seemed like alot of people had a problem with their FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator) and they were showing the same problems i was having. So i go get the regulator changed, and BAM! im back on the road and shes riding like the day i got her. thanks alot CBR Forum for your help!
