T-Rex Frame Sliders
Bought a set of T-Rex no cut frame sliders for my 06 f4i but can figure out how to install them. Has anyone used these befor and could maybe give me some instructions. Any help would be much appreciated.

RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
1) throw them away;)
2) buy woodcrafts 3) install woodcrafts using diy's. j/k . but all no-cuts won't do much good. i'd say get additional pair of vortex or woodcraft sliders.. |
RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
They would probably hold up at 0 mph but at any speed it would be obliterated.

RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
my freind had some no cuts and went down at 5mph...broke the slider clean off which in return broke his entire engine case...

RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
I have OPP lightech no-cut frame sliders on my 1000rr and went down at about 25-30 mph. They did a good job. The T-rex looked pretty solid to me.

RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
I'm not really looking for anything to take care of a high speed drop, but I just had a custom blue paint job and have already had to have parts of it re-done becuase I let the bike tip over in the garage. So I just want to try to prevent that kind of dammage w/o having to cut my freshly painted fairings.

RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
im looking at these also, do you have them on yet? id love to hear someone that has used these before...

RE: T-Rex Frame Sliders
Yeah, the general consensus is that the no-cuts are garbage. However, i assume that all you have to do to install them is take out an engine case bolt and install the sliders. I'm sure there's some instructions online somewhere
