Default swing arm damaged from exhaust

Cbr 600 f4i 2001.
So the previous owner put a huge 2bros exhaust on and it rubbed the swing arm where I have a nice deep groove in it. How do I fix the swing arm and move the exhaust a tad out and secure it? Also I do not have cct issue ..... Yet. I have 30k miles on the bike but during the first few moments of riding I hear a tick...like the Chevy cold ping....is this normal?

Attached a few more pictures. The bike was converted to a stunt bike when I got her 3 months ago and I've been slowly converting back to street. There was no fairing or head lights. So she is a diamond in the rough...but I'm proud of my 500$ bike that runs like a champ at 30k miles.

You can either get a new pipe that fits correctly or try shimming the bracket so the pipe sits out further. You might need a new midpipe to allow you to do that (an exhaust shop can fab one up pretty easily).

As for the noise, how do you know its not the cct? If you think its pinging, maybe try a higher octane fuel and see if it goes away.

I don't think it is the CCT because previous owner replaced it ( prrof of work ) about 1500 miles ago. It only pings during warm up when shes at the 3k rev...after warm up it gone even if I rev up after warm up I do not hear it at all....I'm guess it's normal engine chatter?

As for the pipe I just got back from Home depot with a longer bolt and washer and shimmed the exhaust 1/2 inch further away from the swing arm and replaced the muffles clamp with a home built one ( looks good ) that actually holds the muffler. My next step I guess it fill in the gap the muffler put in the swing arm and repaint that small part to match and guess while I am at it paint the exhaust and mid pipe black....seeing as how I am going all black with red accents when it is all said and done.

Guess I answered my own questions after I thought about it a little more....LOL.

Thanks Guys for the input

The mid pipe will twist allowing you to move it closer/further to the swing arm.
That exhaust looks pretty trashed so you may even ink of replacing it.

I was not able to tell any damage to the swing arm itself though.
