Swapping Rotors - Any Special Steps?

And ended up here, after finding the store: 2 Front Brake Disc Rotor for Honda CBR600F4I CBR600F Sport Supersport 2001 2007 | eBay
Ridden around with them for a few days now and they've worked great. Only thing I messed up was not staggering the rotors, so there's a teensy pulse I can feel in the brake lever itself but nowhere else. Going to correct that soon.
(Side note - seems my front left rotor was the buggered up one, and it wore away some of the brake pad unevenly too. The smudged area on my front left rotor was small compared to the right, but has been slowly increasing in size the more I ride. It'll wear itself in, I'm pretty sure.)
