Default Suspension settings for 2-up riding?

I've been riding with all the suspension settings on my bike set at factory default and it seems to workfine for me. I'm going on a longride this weekend with a 125lb passenger. I normally don't make any changes when she's on the back, but maybe I should. Any suggestions?

How long are you going to ride? You shouldn't need any suspension adjustments. Just be sure to check the air pressure on your tires is correct. Usually 42 psi on the rear and 36 in the front. Depending on the tires.

I'm not sure how long, Probably about 150 miles total. I just thought maybe I should increase the rear preload a notch or two.
