Suspension
 

Hey guys,

I'm new to the CBR, and i was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on suspension adjustment and settings...

The guy who had the bike before me wasnt really sure what was going on, so I know he never messed with it..but im sure about the po.

I'm weigh about 180, and im just wondering what it should be set on for optimal riding? Nothing crazy, just most commuting and cruising around.

If it's the stock settings the bike will be set really soft, if you don't fully understand how to set up the suspension i suggest finding a sport bike shop near by and have them set it up fro your weight. The whole process shouldn't take more then 15min.

I understand how to do it, the problem is that I dont have anyone 2 help me out...So, I guess I'm just going to bring it 2 a shop.
