Supporting middle of bike for suspension setup by exhaust?

Hello all.

I hope I'm not re-posting here, but I don't have any way to strap Azrael to the ceiling in my garage, and I am planning on setting the suspension. I need an unsprung measurement, but no center stand. I'm wondering if I use a block of wood under it, are the headers (at the 4 into 1 section) strong enough to support the weight without crushing? The other parts are covered by fairings.

Thanks!

You can lever the bike onto the side stand and have someone get measurements while you hold it. Check out this video Learn all about your Motobike * Twist of the Wrist 2 - YouTube

That is great information from a great video. I will give it a shot when my "assistant" gets back. Thanks!

Wow, what a great video! I'm going out to the garage and measure/set my sag.
