Stupid Question!
 

What are those things called on the bottom outside of the footpegs? the things that screw on, and are (i think) supposed to drag the ground first? I want some new ones because i have aftermarket ones on mine and i don't like them, but i can't figure out what to type in ebay to try and find them.

no luck with that either. do you guys use them, i was reading on another forum that most people just take them off?

Feelers are supposed to drag on the ground before your foot does when you're "gettin it" in the corners.

They are called the "knobby metaly thingies". Havent you heard of google? Jeez....

On a serious note -- Just looked around and I have read the term footpeg feeler or courage pin.

searched ebay, google, amazon. nothing. who sells these things?

Im not near my bike at the moment, but Im thinking its just a long acorn nut. Probably something you can get at Home Depot...
