a strange new noise is afoot...ideas?
Hey all. Post numero uno is one that I hope won't need me dawning my flame suit...
I know this is a vague type of question...
Just got an 01 F4i a few weeks ago. in the last few days I have noticed a noise that I can best describe as a cross between a high pitched metalic rattle/vibration - kinda like keys vibrating against other metal. It only seems to happen after the 3-4k rpm range in any gear. It seems to come from the front half of the bike and doesn't really sound like engine noise.
I just don't know enough about this bike yet to know what or were to even begin to look.
Any ideas for where to start?
Thanks guys

cct is going bad
no damage will come its just annoying. to fix it u just need to replace it or get it replaced. id get a new automatic one from honda, its about 65 for the part. i think shops can sometimes do it all for about 160. so not too bad
mines bad, and yes its annoying, but im taking my time to get it fixed, prolly more out of laziness than anything else
