Strange issue this morning, computer reset
 

I didn't get a chance to ride all weekend, so the bike sat until this morning. The first thing that I noticed that was strange was that the bike started while in gear (clutch in obviously), normally it has to be in neutral. As soon as it started I noticed my clock and trip were reset as well.
No big deal, I can reset those, just worried that this may be a sign of a bigger problem. Let me know if you have any input.

your battery was prolly just a little low. i dont think its a big deal unless u notice some other issues, but so far it doesnt sound like anything

Your bike should be able to start in gear with the clutch in so long as the kickstand is up. You certain when you tried before you didn't have the stand down? ;)

There is a bomb on board and it will detonate if you drop below 55 mph.

I thought so, but I guess I was just assuming. The battery is new, I would have thought it would hold a charge better. That is probably all it is.

Do you have a battery tender? New batteries sometimes need a good initial charge, which a battery tender could give. Put the battery tender on it overnight and everything should be good to go
