I know lol! but now I've definitely checked every thing! that's the only thing that is out of ordinary and I feel almost positive that that's where the problem is.

those breakers can go bad. those connectors look really close to each other and not even insulated. if they touch each other or ground, that surely can cause problems.

That's the thing they were individually wrapped then wrapped together. and were away from everything so there wasn't anything bumping. But my question is are they even suppose to be there? ya know. Because they both seem to work if turn my headlights on (low beam) the way the pic shows it wired both headlights come on. Now as soon as I flipp the switch the fuse blows. But If I pull the white and green breaker off and I flip the switch up it doesn't blow and the blue indicator light comes on

i dont think those were there originally. they were added on for some reason i can only guess at. try switching them and see if the fuse still blows or if the problem follows to the other 2 wires. also, follow the 2 wires that blow the fuse. you may find them grounding out somewhere.

most electrical shorting problems are eventually traced to something someone added/modified/pulled on/ or messed with. bad design and part failures are usually wider spread, more common problems.
