it was all taped up completely this is untaped

 

those look like breakers. is it all one piece?

 

btw, mines actually an 01 929. i think it would be the same.

he had them both taped up and zip tied together

 

those are circuit breakers. fuses that reset themselves.
my relay is in the nose of the bike, behind the cluster, on the stay.

Well it has to do with my previous post you were assisting me on about my headlights and when I look at the wiring diagram for my bike it shows those wires going to the headlight relay that looks like a one piece unit and the way it was did not look like it came from factory the connectors are just slid on and not tight and I figured it would be a 4 pin relay not those things
