Default Stickers on Stickers

Hello. I'm new to the forum.
Just looking for some advice on how to remove some stickers. I have an 02 f4i and the previous owner applied michelin stickers overtop of the honda wings on the fairings.

I want to clean up the look of the bike a little but I don't know if I can peel up these stickers without pulling of the honda wings as well.

let me know what you think.....

I'd say take a utility knife blade/razor blade and go to town (being extremely careful). It'll probably be easiest to take the fairings off the bike to do it... the honda stickers are pretty durable.

Welcome to the forums

just take them off, there is no way you can lift the stock sticker from underneath the clearcoat when taking off the aftermarket sticker..

The only stickers under the clear coat are the ones on the tank.

I would agree, It takes alot of effort to get the stickers off the fairings , and alot of time as well. The aftermarket ones should strip right off. Also using goo-gone to get rid of any left over adhesive shouldn't effect stock stickers.

Don't do it!!!! everyone knows each sticker adds 2hp. It isn't that hard to get the fairing stickers of so be carefull with a razor. Maybe just try it with your fingernail and some goo gone.

i used a hairdryer and heated them up and pulled them off, obviously you cant do that to the ones under the clear coat.
