Default SS Brake lines separaotor - kinked line

Did you guys utilise any separators when installing new braided lines? I bought the 2-Front race setup from HEL and they didn't come with any clips. Ended-up kinking one of the lines as it got caught between the cowl bracket and the tee when parked on full lock. It's not severely damaged and the brakes still feel the same, but its' a bit unsightly and it sucks since I just had them installed. I tried to put back on the OEM clip temporarily but only one line fits. Is there a way to check if one of the calipers is not getting the same pressure as the other one because of the kink?

Cheers for any feedback

Clips? Not sure what you mean by clips. I just bought the 2 line race setup from HEL but haven't installed it yet. I assume the hardware they sent is what is needed to complete the install.

By clips I mean the retainers to the bike. Even the OEM rubber lines have them for eg, to run along the swingarm to the caliper there are small metal clips. Mostly I used the OEM, but since the Front HEL differs from OEM (sepearte - race setup) you can't use the metal clip with rubber that is situated under the tee. My HEL kit didnt come with any of the clips.
