Specs for Micron Serpent headers PLEASE!!
So, heres the deal:
Just bought one of those serpent superlight pipework headers, and plan on pairing it up with a LOR gp oulet exhaust.
BUTTT i just need one piece of information: what is the diameter of the serpent header for 2001 f4i?? if anyone has the info, it would be really nice, because I tried the search function and it turned up nothing.
My system wont be in anytime soon, but I would like to know in advance so I can get the can customized to fit it....thanks in advance!!!
Will post up results if it works! But if not plan b: hook up the micron headers with my devil sb2 racers high mount cf.
Anyways thanks for reading

lol i found out the specs using a ruler and some math after i got my headers in mail today(stone age method but oh well)
in mm= 54.0mm= inner diameter
in inches= 2.1259in=inner diameter=2 1/8inch roughly if you dont care about the 4th decimal
od(outer diameter) in cm= 5.6cm= 56mm = in(too lazy to convert)
So as you see the wall is only 1 mm think, kinda of weird for the zeta race headers...oh well.
Theoretically you should be able to fit any sort of slipon you want, but make sure if your f4i IS the cali model you need to get a port/bung for the O2 sensor as always or just get PC3 O2 eliminator.
Don't take my word literally when i say any slipon, but if you have say an offset thats minimal like mines...inlet=2.1259mm and midpipe=2.250mm then you should have no problem!
Also id say don't just do it the cheap way by getting a small gasket for the mating site...get the pipes adjust by muffler shop, then get the gasket!
Hope this helps anyone who wants to make a "custom" exhaust
BTW i got my headers for 290 shipped, box came in pretty beat up but none of the tubing is damaged.

where did you get your headers from?
I've been looking for aftermarket headers for my 2006 f4i for months and I couldn't find any anywhere!!! =[
I have stock headers and a Two Brothers M2 slip-on. I want to retain the Two Brothers slip on but hook it up to aftermarket headers...
help please?!
