Back to the orig topic. Make sure wherever you park your bike it is visible in the mirrors of the car you parked by. Then again not all people check their mirrors before backing out of the driveway.
I bought a 2003 svt focus that only had 15000 miles on it. Within two weeks my wife backed into it breaking the side mirror off and smashing the fender and driver side door. She then told me she doesn't use her mirrors.
That being said don't park behind a female

same thing here but on the 4th a AAA tow truck forced me off the road, rashed up the left side and broke the left rearset, got a new rear set on the way wail Acutmarts make me another set of fairings. I'll be riding her during the delivery time of the fairings since she runs fine.

sorry bout your bike.

Park in the middle of a spot. Sometimes, if there's a lot I'm in, and I know it will fill up with bikes, I try and leave enough room if I park close for another bike to squeeze in with me, but that runs the risk of a car clipping me cause they think I'm in the middle.

And it's about how you ride, not what you ride.

Lol thanks guys much encouraging. Ya just ended with a crack on my front fender, and scratches on my ryt fairing. but my bike stand is bent so it leans alot to the left now. took it out for a spin today. nothing was wobbling or clanking or anything out of the normal so just happy about that.
I would ride it. but you all should understand after putting alot of money and time into your bike, you hate anything to happen to it.
I had just finished my summer project on it, and then this happens you know. Now the bike is parked clear from the ladys area.
