i changed my clutchon an barnett carbon clutch.,and also did a -1+2 vortex and 520 DID chain...after doing all this today my clutch is pretty tight-it's like when i'mreleasing the clutch lever it doesn't take even a half a inch and the bike rolls...
so i think that i should release my chain a little bit,and adjust the clutch from the clutch basket..??
what do you guys think??

 

Did you try adjusting it at the perch at all? I would try doing that first after making sure your chain freeplay is in spec

 

Your clutch cable is too tight. Play with the adjuster by the lever. Your chain has nothing to do with how the lever acts.

 

no Aken my cable is ok,is all the way in,so i'll try o adjust it from the perch...

 

Okay, poor wording. The cable is the problem, though. Just need to fiddle with the adjuster by the lever. It also sounds like you may have had it where even though the lever was all the way to the handlebar, your clutch might not have been fully engaged because the cable wasn't tight enough.
