Default Slip On Exhaust?

Thinking of getting a slip on exhaust for my 06 F4i. Can I get some recommendations as to brands? Also, how hard are they to install? Do they indeed jsut slip on, what about that oxygen sensor thingy?

Thanks

As for a brand....you're just gonna get people's opinions. They all have a different tone on them.

Here's a bunch of sound clips of mufflers on a R6:

A lot of people go for the Two Brothers exhaust....it's got a deep tone.
I had a Micron, but just put on a Yoshimura and I love it.

They do literally "slip on." It's a VERY simple bolt on procedure and the exhaust systems usually come with instructions, but it's really simple to do. Like a 20 minute job if you take your time.
The stock system unbolts in about 2 minutes.

As far as the O2 sensor....only the California models have that. So if you have a California bike, then you gotta order/find a exhaust system that is for the California model (like Yoshimura or Two Brothers offer) which has the bung for it.
And if you don't have a California bike, then you just need a regular exhaust.

I'm not sure but maybe on some exhaust brands, they all have the bung but they provide a bolt to block it off in case you don't need it....not sure about which brands though.

Did you guys just put the pipe on and go? Did you have to do any other adjustments, fuel injection, etc?

I have a 2 Brothers carbon fiber high mount. You can see pics in my gallery. I really like the looks and the sound is a nice deep throaty rumble... Just my $.02 worth!
