I just put these on my 05 F4i. They aren't as stong as a true frame slider (but no modification at all is required). http://www.oesaccessories.com/

This site however seems ready to take my order. i'll let you know what i think of the product when they arrive.
Thanks guys for the links - I know I've been looking for something like this for a while; can't believe I've never run across them before!

RE: Sliders?
got the new sliders and put them on. i have to say that's the absolute easiest thing i've ever added to my bike. not bad lookin, but they definitely wouldn't hold up to any speed. but what i fear mostly is just getting knocked over in the parking lot anyway. perfect fit.
slopoke, your sliders look like they're longer than the ones i got, stick out further...

RE: Sliders?
I purchased a Shogun kit for my F4I from www.moto911.com. I lowsided at 60mph and watched my bike slide down the road. Picked up my bike and there were only two minor scratches on my fairings. It was deffinetly worth cutting the fairing. I investigated several brands because I didnt want to cut the fairing. I found the only kit I could buy that I wouldnt have to cut the fairing was a Street Kit. I also found that a Street Kit often times causes more damage than having nothing at all. I sold my F4I and purchased a CBR1000RR the same guys gave me a great deal on a No Cut kit. Wrecked my bike after the 3rd week and they replaced my slider and bolt for a small charge. I highly recomend the Shogun sliders. They saved my bike countless times.
