Simpson's Cycles Business and policies

Hi All:
After riding for 8 yrs. on my 98' CBR600F3, I got myself a CBR6OOF4i, 2006. ( Or so I belive it's designated in the US, over here in Israel it's a F5). Anyway, it comes only with spring preload on the rear shock, no adjusments whatsover on the front fork, or damping \rebound on the rear.
So I thoght I'll get an Ohlins rear shock, fully adjustable, and the 2004F4i fork, and on the way maybe put some Ohlins cartridge in them.
So I see on the Simpson cycles fork tubes just like I need them. But the guy does not have a fax nor tel. no. on their web site, what's more, their return policy goes as follows:
" do accept returns in the following circumstances:

1.If the item received is not as described in the listing.
2. If the item does not fit the the motorcycle models specified in the listing.

You have
2 DAYS to notify us from time of receipt, and12 DAYS from receipt to have the item back to us. A 10% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be the purchase price of the item minus the restocking fee. We mark our parts so please ensurethat it is our parts that you ship back to us.
"

Which mean "even if the mistake is on our part, you have to notify us in 2 days, and we still bill you for restocking fee"
ANY BODY DID SOME BISINESS WITH THESE GUYS?
Any other redcomendatios for my suspension problems and maybe a better way to have the bike ride like a Honda should?
TIA
Eyal.

Yeah, that sounds sketchy. I would see if I could find what you're looking for somewhere else. I don't think I'll ever do business with them either if that's how they are going to treat their customers. Their mistake shouldn't ever cost anyone else 10%.
