+1 The cheapest way to go, cut them, then smooth the edges.
To me, the ASV's are worth the money. They feel fantastic, and have a lifetime warranty. A friend of mine actually had one break on him, not the actually lever, but a mechanically part of it, and they sent him a new one free of charge, no questions asked. Also, I ordered mine from motomummy.com and had them in about a week, but from what I hear, its pretty rare to get them so quickly.
I've also know plenty of people that have Pazzo's that love them as well, and they're slightly cheaper. Just depends on how much your willing to spend.
