has anyone here ever used this pipe ?

it looks like just a up bend pipe used as a tip ?

is the black part some type of a baffle ?

does anyone have any idea how loud this is ?

not my cup of tea.. plus they remind me of those cheap chrome tips you can buy at Pep Boys with a baffle riveted into it.. jmo of course
