does anybody have detailed instructions as to how to remove the left side fairing ? maybe a link with pics i want to install me PCIII but i cant seem to get everything off any help is appreciated

 

You shouldn't have to remove the fairing to install the PC...just unbolt your tank and lift it up a little bit to get to that connector you have to plug into.

 

You don't need to take off any fairings to install the PCIII. You should only have to remove the left side inner fairing panel. That should only require you to remove the bolts surrounding this panel (3 bolts I think - 1 up on the dash, one on the back of the panel, and one on the left side fairing). This panel has a snap-in connector up by the tank, and it slots into the left side fairing, so be careful when you remove it so you don't break off these tabs.

 

I just unbolted the left fairing and loosened the tank and lifted it up
