Default Replacing gear shifter, but confusion on parts

Hi, I have a 2006 CBR600F4i with an aftermarket shifter. I'm replacing it with a factory one.

I bought what looked to be the correct shifter, part number 24705-MBZ-G00, and the bolt for it, part number 90115-KAF-000.

When I took apart my bike, the shifter mount seems to have a press-fit pivot and the shifter was held in with a snap ring. The new shifter was too narrow in diameter to fit on the old pivot.

So my questions:
1. I assume they changed how this worked during the run of the bike. What style is correct for my '06? Press fit pivot and snap ring, or threaded pivot?
2. If threaded pivot is correct, what is the correct part number and description for the mount plate? I can't find that, or even what section it's in in the Honda parts sites.
3. If the press-fit pivot is correct, what the the part #/description for that mounting plate and shifter?

Your part is close... but not close enough! You have the shifter for a CB600F and you need one for a CBR600F, i.e. part #24705-MBW-D20 - https://www.ronayers.com/oemparts/p/...edal-gearshift

Hope that helps!
