Alright guys,
There is this dilemma lingering over my mind and its got me thinking of what i should do. I have a 2001 Cbr600F4i. I picked up from a friend because he laid it. Now I was thinking of parting this bike and using the motor in a project go kart however. It seems to be that lately I have less and less time in my life. So here is the thing. Should i just rebuild this? It doesn't need to TOO much mostly just bolt on everything else is fine. Runs great.

What it does need is
Rear swing Arm
Rear wheel
Radiator
Fairings (i have a spare set)
Tank.
headlights

It has a clean title with 17k miles on the clock

The bike will probably get a new paint job before it ever sells.

So what do you guys think is worth more of the time. To just rebuild the bike and sell or actually part it out and make the project go kart.

I know replacing the parts would be far quicker then the dis-assembly but i am just debating what to do. Because i am afraid i wont have enough time to finish making the gokart

I second the rebuild and sell. Yeah, you might make more if youpart it out, but seriously....what is your time worth to you? You probably wouldn't make that much more anyway.

I'd make it a winter project and sell it right as the season starts up in your area.

 

But consider just how bad *** that go kart would be...

 

yes, consider the feelings of a go kart that would own all! lol.
