So had to remove and re-install the rear wheel, everything is real easy but I forgot where on the axle the big metal washer goes...
Does it go on the outside of the swing arm under the nut on the right side of the bike, or in between the spacer and the brake caliper ?

On my 06 the only nut I see that goes with the axle is on the outside of the swingarm under the nut on the right hand side (under exhaust pipe).
