Any one know where i can find a rear tail section painted for an 02 f4i?

 

I would check out E-bay and see what they have.

 

What section do you mean? The rear cowl? The fender?

Ebay for a used one is your best bet.

I just checked www.ronayers.com for the tail section from Honda.....$346
And the rear fender is $94

Or you might wanna look into a aftermarket race/solo cowl and get it painted to match your bike:

If you're doing the rear (split seat) conversion on a 99-00 F4 or a 2004-2006 F4i....you're gonna need the rear subframe as well....here's one on ebay:
