Rear shock F4i

How do you go about removing the rear shock?

by downloading a manual and figuring it out lol

you find a way to support the rear part of the bike other than the swingarm, then remove the two bolts connecting the shock to the frame and swingarm. you may also need to apply a little upward pressure to the rear of the swingarm to make the bolts easier to pull out

i ghetto rigged to remove and replace mah shock by sticking a jack between the tire and subframe and jacked it up until the rear was unloaded then removed as woody said.

now i just have mah wife hold up the bike while i do work on it or get a sandwich. she's buff like that. i call her beast.
