Default Rear Brake Caliper

So this weekend I decided to change the brake pads and lines...no problems taking them out. Since it was my first time I went a little slow because I have never done them before...Anyhow back to the topic when I took off the rear caliper there was a metal clip that came off and I am not exactly sure where or how it goes back on. Does anyone have pictures of how it's supposed to go on or could tell me how to do it? I tried looking through the manual but I either missed it or it's not in there.

Thannks for your help

the lil clip goes in the caliper above the pads. if you look at the clip, i will be offset some. the lil end (pad width) goes to the outside, wider side goes toward the inner/piston side and allows for the inner pads movement. The lil clip basically keeps pressure on the pads so they dont viberate n make a racket.

That is the "V" shaped looking one which sits snuggly into the capler.. The one I am referring to looks almost square shape.
