When i got my 02 f4i, i noticed that it rode really stiff. I adjusted the coil down to a three from seven, and it still rides stiff. What should i adjust to make it softer. I can bounce up and down, and the bike basically only gives an inch at the most. I weigh 160 if that matters.

back off the compression and re-bound adjusters that might help--youll probably find that the standard spring is a little hard for your weight though--also check shock linkage isnt siezed
