maybe you've heard it a million times, but i have a question for the wise folks of this forum. I really enjoy the 600's that Honda makes. However, the '03 CBR600rr is a little uncomfortable for me seeing as i'm about 6'2''. it puts my legs too high up. I was wondering if the f4i was a little more laid back, so my legs wouldn't be in my chest the entire time. i find the '05 ZX6-R really comfortable. But i would prefer a Honda. any suggestions as to how i can fit my long ass legs on one? thanks guys!

I am 6' and i do not have a problem on my F4i.. Also depends on what year of F4i you go with... 01-03 has the split seat which imo is a little less uncomfortable then the banana seat on the 06-07 f4i. I would suggest trying to find one selling one on CL or something and tell them you want to look at it and go sit on it =)....

I'm 6'4", all leg, and I don't have a problem on my '06 f4i. I'm not sure I don't look funny riding it, but I don't care that much how it looks, its fun. I'd go with what yog said and try to find one to sit on. Good luck in the search.

lol this won't help...i'm 5'5 and i tippy toe my f4i...i think it's perfect. No, but seriously...uhm maybe you could lean back on the seat a bit more..

hmmm. thanks guys! i'm not really a fan of the nanner seat, but beggers can't be choosers eh? on the cbr, it was really the shape of the tank more than anything. the inside of my knee was hitting the top of the tank, not sitting snug against the side.. is that gonna be a problem on the f4i?

just buy different rear sets.. do a search im sure there is a bunch of threads about em.

I'm 6'3", and I threw some 1"/1" woodcrafts on my F3 and it was GREAT. Pick up some Vortex rearsets for yours, and experiment with the various settings. You probably just want the pegs back further.

cage and johnny, good thinkin! yeah the bike was comfortable if i was up against the tank, so i guess moving the rearsets back moves me away from the tank doesn't it?
