question bout exhaust i wanna buy off here
hey guys...im looking to buy the exhaust that roushrider81 has for sale...but i have a few questions about it...and hes selling it for a friend, so doesnt know the answers, so im hoping u guys can help. Its a yosh RS-3 slip on, i believe it to b the stainless steel one.
my questions are: do i need a map or any other kind of engine adjustments for it? will it fit an '06 f4i? what kind of work is needed to install it on my bike?
he says theres a few minor scratches, and what i can tell from the pics he sent it doesnt look too bad(if you wanna see the pics, ill email em to ya), hes asking 130 shipped for it...do you guys think this is a fair deal?
(heres the thread: https://cbrforum.com/m_185992/tm.htm)
thanks so much for your help

No you dont need a to buy a dynojet for this exhaust, unless you already have one then i would download a new map for the RS-3 from dynojets website.
I just sold my TRS stainless steel to a member here on the forums for $175 which included shipping. So i think it is a pretty good deal, as long as the pipe doesnt have a whole bunch of dents in it or there not major dents. I know on some you can have them pushed out at a local pipe shop.
As far as mounting it, it should come with a midpipe. Just take the old exhaust off and put the new one on, takes about 1 screw to remove depending on the way your midpipe is attached to your header.
Good luck
