Definitely looks like a crunchy stunt piece. The rear brake set up is common for hand brakes. Definitely looks like a 929 front end, also. Typical stunt cage mounting points look to have rust near them. Polish needs to be cleaned.

The 04-06 F4i frames are very similar to the 99 F4 frame, so it's also possible you have an 04+ that had the subframe and seats swapped to an 01-03. What does the title say?

For $500 you can't really go wrong, but it definitely needs some TLC.
