question about Hotbodies undertail/running lights

Hi,
Will I lose the running lights on my '02 F4i if I install the dual round LED undertail kit from Hotbodies? I've done some research and some results indicated I will and others seem to say that no I won't....any help please? Don't really like the idea of riding around with only brake lights and indicators at night (no running lights).
Thanks!

You can install diodes so that the indicators are ALWAYS lit and flash OFF instead of on. You put a diode on each of the hot wires and then tie them together to the hot wire of the indicator. The ground is connected as per usual. If I am speaking greek I suggest you get someone at Radio Shack or similar place to explain it to you.

great thanks, any particular specs on the diodes?

No I just installed mine. You do NOT loose your running lights.

Yes they are not super bright. I didnt hook my rear seat cable up. I got lazy. Use a dremel to cut the plastic. It makes the job soooo easy.
